The Dragonara Casino Bar and Restaurant has been redecorated by a top interior design firm to move away from the heavier older look they had before. The lounge bar is now a relaxing and harmonious scale of greys and pearls, with touches of black and a bar counter topped by a waterfall of sparkling Swarovski crystals. The mixed seating is comfortable and offers privacy and quietude away from the gaming areas, with carefully modulated lighting and a look that is just the right side of traditional. The heritage features of this beautiful room have been conserved: a hand-painted silk ceiling and Art Nouveau spiral staircase. The lounge bar is a calm and soothing refuge for a break in gaming or for a drink before or after dinner in the bistro or on the terrace in the warmer months. The menu offers classic international and Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed environment.
